Anyone interested in renting this place just for one month or two???
No security deposit, no paper work to sign other than a liability statment for us. You just pay the rent for the time you are in there....

Utils with us welding and plasma cutting all the time was about $70 a month total.
Lease is 1 year, you may be able to work something out though.
No secuirty system but its a fenced and gated area.
Office is about 12x8
