That tells me you should check it

Voltage dropping means either the ECU is a dud or there is a bad connections somewhere. Don't just check continuity, check the resistance too.

I have the 4 bar/50lb JWT turbo program, no issues at all.

The problems that others are having are driveability and idle (too high or irratic and unable to adjust). The MSD injectors do not like to go over 60 psi of fuel pressure, which is why people suggest the 3 bar.

RatedV- When the fuel rail is pressurized, try hooking up jumper leads to a disconnected injector and see if it opens/sprays. I agree with Eng about it either being the ecu or in the wiring from what I have read so far.

Will do......

Thanks for the tip.......I also agree with Eng, but the conections seem to be good.....I'll check resistance tommorow, I decided tonight I was gonna take a break and calm down get some sleep and just think about it......

I have an ECU issue....My ECU is putting (yes I know it seems impossible on a 12 volt system) 30 volts to the injectors at initial crank which is making my injectors go haywire....Since the injectors ground to the ECU I replaced the power wire with an inline fused line coming from a constant 12 volt source...And the signal wire has also been tied in, the grounds are still grounding to the ECU so the injectors work as normal......All I have to do is put it back togeather and i'm done.......

You sure you know how to use that multimeter Because the ECU doesn't supply the voltage to the injectors. It gives the injectors a ground.

If you're near NN you can bring it by my work and we can hook an oscilloscope to it if you want to see exactly what its doing, but if you get it working I suppose that won't be needed.

LOL.......I'm sure whatever you have I have the same and more, im also looking directly at a wirring schematic that shows me that a relay from the power supply to a relay comming off of the fuse box powers the ECU that sends the signal and power to the injectors and grounds to the ECU......I dont mean to be a dick, im just telling you what im reading of an SR wirring schematic.....

Yes it works, and yes my ECU according to JWT is fucked up....

thanks for the advice and I'll be driving to NN as soon as I gedt a chance to get it back togeather (my pops was in a near fatal car accident last thursday night........)

scan that ish then...i wanna see it. i have dealt with literally hundreds of different ECU's and wiring schematics, and have never seen one where the ECU controlled both power and ground (really rare to have one that controlls the power, mainly due to the high current draw would kill the circuitboard unless it has some form of a driver for the injectors.) most control the ground, since there is minimal current..

cause the wiring schematic Eng posted shows power being sent to the injecotors, and the ECU controlling ground.
