You could probably safely run 7-10 psi if you don't beat up on it. Then when you upgrade fuel,tune, etc.. it should make a nice amount of power.

there was a accord person on hondatech, running 14psi with stock internals, but had upgraded all his fuel system and shit. i mean f22s comp are a lil lower that the usdm h22 but not that much

the extreme most i have ever heard of an h22 pushing on stock internals was 12 psi but he had a standalone and worked for a standalone tuning shop
