yea, i did contact them about many of my problems, and they were happy to help me fix them since i was a big dumbass about alot of car related things. The one thing that always irked me was that the piping was supposed to be "custom" and what i ended up w/ was a hybrid of stock pipes and new pipes (found 1 leak)...i decided to just part ways, i'm not bashing them. I'm just stating the facts for what they're worth to whomever listens to me. I said before and i'll say again, when i confronted them w/ my problems they helped me fix them. But i just got tired of driving all the way down there for little things so i decided to just give it up. I appreciate your input, and i hope there are no hard feelings (since im pretty sure youre bill's son i think?)

B&T=good, just make sure you double check their work (which most intelligent people do, but i didnt cuz i was very new to the car stuff at the time)

last time i got pulled over i talked my way out of it.... i told him.. the stock srt-4 dosent come with any mufflers so i thought id make a system without any (he dosent know what a resonator is) anyways then i told him that i just copied the srt10 viper idea, and had it exit out the side like one of them.. then i said that my exhaust isnt illegal because its just a copy of legal systems. thats what i said and he had no problem with it. another time i was pulled over 2 cops were talking to each other about it (pointing at it and grinning) maybe its because its a domestic car.
