Who owned that s2k who was running like 12.1 or 12 flat with street tires Turbo'd? That shit was pretty damn quick also.

On another note, Richie gibson ran his best of 11.2. to Richie, One hell of a nice guy.
tires were falken azenis on 16 inch wheels. i imagine the turbo S2K you're speaking of was john's from inline pro, but i could be wrong.

i just realized that 127mph trap speed is good for a possible high 10 sec pass with huge traction....damn

Really bad day. The 60ft own3d me lol. Only 3 runs all day from 10am to 9pm. all 3 runs i had I spun out and my 60ft were horrible 2.5 60ft but I still managed to get a 13.6@107mph. my buddy in his red mr2 had a 1.9 60ft on some yoko es100 tires, at least I know what tires to get next.

Highlight of the day for me was meeting some cool people on this site! and my last run of the night in the et class against a modified 2000 ss camaro he was on slicks and even with my bad 2.5 60ft and his awesome 1.8 60ft, I caught up to him near the end of the 1/4 mile and would have passed him. Wish I could have had some slicks on so I could have walked him.

It wasn't Johns S2k or Shawns S2k, it actually wasn't even an inline pro car. Oh, and you must not spend much time at the strip, if he's running a 12.1 @ 127 then he threw on slicks his trap would drop about 4 MPH give or take putting him around mid 11's unless its a full drag setup cutting 1.3 or better 60' times.

To dude in the Red turbo GSR, was that you that was trying to fuck with me the whole way home on 301? I wouldn't race on 301/5 if my life depended on it, but if you want a grudge match at the strip I'm down. I didn't run @ MIR cause I had shitty tires and tune w/ no money for race gas or race entrance. Car goes to MachV for tunning tomarrow.

On a better note Shift@9K got one run in at 13.6 @ 105.6 in his s2K with a shitty 2.56 60' and was 1st in SS 4cy N/A brackets but then was disqualified for running w/o exhaust

that is a nice mph for a 13.6 and a shitty 60. really shows you pickin up in the upper end. i see now i'm gonna have to get the gsx going and bring it out, maybe this weekend. good job ,get that traction down.
