how much HP is enough?
I had 400rwhp (barely) on the Poopra...and it was ALMOST too much. I'm the exact opposite as everyone abovew, I want something that is barely out of my control, but (as hypocritical or fake as it sounds) I know when to quit, so it's all good. So I say 500 whp would be my goal for the Camaro...which is VERY attainable with the V8 compared to what I am used to.
Right now once I turn the boost back up I should be around 325bhp, will do for now but I'd like to get over 300whp. I'm stopping around there with this car probably because too much more and it requires a new transmission imported from Sweden, new internals, and I have a hard time justifying it in a front wheel drive car.

I think that anymore than 550 is a waste on a fwd car. According to calculations 500hp should be about 9's in the quarter. I think that most daily drivers shouldnt need anymore than 350-400..with that you'll wax almost anything on the street!
1/4 mile times will vary depending on weight, if your car weighs 2500lbs it takes alot less hp to run the same time as a 3500lb car, and really I think torque should be considered too in this....

i plan on getting between 300-325whp in my 240 and stopping (if i ever even decide to get that high). shouldnt be too hard to attain without spending an ASSLOAD of money.
