I said, that what is the point of replacing a lot of the components in the engine of the Honda when you can by a SUPER HYPER MONSTER LS VTEC B18C!AB@C* FRANKENFURTER block for $4.99 at the local hardware store.
Now tell me again what the FUCK that has anything to do with the clutch in a 300k drivetrain.
Fucking tool.

SwtNLow04 you need to backtrack your steps, icluding pulling the motor apart, make sure the pistons, rings and valves are all in good shape, take the head and block to a machine shop to check for warpage if you havent already.
Also did you follow the torque sequence for the head? 75 is way too low and for one to be at 0 I would be worried. I think the variation per cylinder is ~28 throw it all back together (properly) make sure the timing is right and you should be good to go try assembling it stock before you put that supercharger back on

If the problem is in one cylinder and not all, then it's not likely to be timing. You probably have shitty valves, springs, rings or all the above.

man this is nutty i would have said that it was surely the torque sequence but you dont have any other symptom of a head gasket problem. is it the stock jackson kit or did you go with the off road option/ smalller pulley.
edit: theres a chance that whatever caused the piston to crack also cause something else to warp. i would take it to a different machine shop and have them check out rings, bores and possible distortion, there may have also been a hair line crack that went unoticed durring the rebuild and got worse over time. thats what happened with my rexs engine.
