Rear disc brake conversion on 95 civic coupe
hawk hp+ pads are awesome, if noise and dust scares you go with the hps, but the hp+ is what you want for an uber street/circuit setup. i would stay away from those overpriced jbm units there performance isnt worth twice the price. i would goto www.fastbrakes.com if you want to get serious about your brakes without breaking the bank. they have a system for all needs and they look pretty well put together. i plan on getting that 12.2" 6pot kit for my 240 but thats a few months from now. another BIG thing that you would want to do is replace all those rubber bushings with poly bushings while the links are off the car, especially those trailing arm bushings. the ride quality will be very noticably firmed up.
ss lines will give you better pedal feel which really helps in thresh hold braking, which is why so many racing brake system have them, so you can brake deaper into an apex, they really wont do much of anything in terms of actual stopping distance like a set of good pads or tires would. sounds like youre shooting for a great setup, gl with the build bro. just remember to bed those pads right
.
edit:fast brakes also has complete rear drum to disk conversions

Oh yea, and another quick question (might be stupid, but i don't want to risk buying the wrong part, and i'm still very unfamiliar with the ins and outs of the conversion).
Does it matter if i get the E-brake cable off of a 4 door integra or a 2 door integra? I was thinking maybe the length might be different, but i wasn't sure

Yeah. That's what I'm going with. I just don't want old, used parts on my car. That's what scares me about buying an old rear disc setup.
I'll be going with this for the front.

Should be a nice setup I think. I may be slow, but damn I'll stop FAST.
