I'll say this, NONE of the popular motorsports are easy. If you think different, go try it and be good at it. You never know how hard it is to launch a car, get a clean 60 ft time with good shifts for the 1320 or even ride out an auto car until you try it. I have both, the stick is defintely harder. I have mad respect for all the lunatics pro and otherwise that either strap into a 1200 horse 12K rpm F1 car or a 1200 horse single turbo 10.5" car, but us drag racers are not single faceted, I love WRC, to me, it's like drag racing cross country, and that friends and neighbors is cool.

Shit am I the only one that doesn't like road racing because of the corner carving? To me its a constant drag race down the straights. That's fun. Pulling out of the corner, not going through it.

If your car is not a torque beast and you are unwilling to pour money into it, check out bracket drag racing. It is based on the driver's skill of consistency rather than the raw horsepower and torque of the car.

yeah, that SUbie crash was nasty, did you see the replay where the driver's front wheel was all bent up and just popped off? Ouch....Citroens are hot.

Yeah that was a sweet ass rally,
Panizzi got 3rd place in the mitsubish evolution
looks like there car is doing much better this year...its actually WRC spec this time around so they should be much more competitive.

Funny thing was when Gronholm did the same exact thing with the 307 and broke his wheel.
