Dude welcome Va beach is the place to meet and show off and race your ride but only in the Spring and Summer so be patient believe me you'll enjoy it it's just as crowded as Hanover county In Richmond the scene down there is'nt that bad but i much rather chill at the Beach....But Steer clear of Fucking Ricers while your down here and here is alot of Bullshit Down here.....
