What is the top speed of an enzo? Thats a production car. Something about that record it broke just doesnt seem right to me. Maybe the fine line reads "highest top speed record for under 400K" lol

That doesn't mean anything, airplanes have aerodynamic lift to help them lift off. That car, on the other hand, has so much downforce (used to do the exact opposite of lift, to keep it planted to the grount) that it will not become airborn probably for quite a few more mph, if it were able to hit a speed higher than what it did. I agree that for the most part, 241mph is too high for a street driven car. It's pretty much useless unless you're going for bragging rights, and if you are, alot of folks at Bonneville have red jackets.
