I agree, some laws could be worse or better. But when people break the law on public roads, the people who are innocent bystanders or other motorists have the right to complain. After all I could care less if you fell and got hurt. But let that 400lb. bike fly into my car and injure my son of wife. By the time you and I are through, you would wish you had died in the accident.
The law is also there to protect yourself. Just because there is no one on the interstate at say 1 in the morning does that make it safe to do 130? No, it doesnt. We all know how bad VA roads are. At such a high rate of speed the smalles pot hole could throw you half a mile down the highhway. Its not even safe to do 130 on a track but that is a controled environment.

how can it be not taking responsibility for your actions? you did it..who do you think should be held responsible for it? the bike? or that dead possum on the side of the road....c'mon man, if that's not a cop out i don't know what is.

I don't ever think anybody ever complained about getting busted or said they shouldn't have. Yes, I believe most cops are dicks. I don't care what any of you said or if any of you are f-in cops....I've had my share of run-ins and in my opinion "I HATE ANY POLICE OFFICER"!! Call me an asshole or call me stupid because without cops our society would be corrupt and all that shizzz. But let me tell you one thing and one goddam thing only..... cops have never EVER done one positive thing for me. Every time something unjust happens to me such as theft, robbery, self-defense or whatever the f-in case may be it always goes wrong my way. It doesn't matter if 20 witnesses saw my side; I ain't winnin'! So anyone who wants to bring all this negativity to the cycle corner can just go back to there regional sight or even go back to f-in romperroom for all I care. Peace!
