Going through a telephone menu system is worthless to resolve customer support issues as they have no incentive to help you remotely. Go to one of the main branch (not 3rd party) stores and speak to a manager directly. Bring a pamplet from the Better Business Bureau to casually carry your phone in for best results.

so I ask the guy at t he store what it would cost me to get the sidekick 2 (remember they have them on sale for new customers for like $200) he told me that he could get me a $50 rebate and could give it to me for $330, damn Im glad i get something for being a customer
