hahah, this shit didnt even happen at "the beach." it happened IN va beach. youre a good ~10 miles from any sort of beach at that harris teeter. so, i guess youre pissed at vbpd for giving you a ticket for loud exhaust? ok, well, did you put the exhaust there? ok. well. dont get pissed at a guy for doing his job.

I'm not worried about this shit any more i am not bringing my car down there unless i have too or the cops pull the batton out there ass and stop pulling people over for petty shit well we all know that's not going to happen so why bother.

Back when I was young and dumb he got me for reckless general then busted me for speeding while I was on probation for the first ticket.
Didn't let me off but was never a dick to me. So that in my book makes him cool.
