02vtecsir is an unknown quantity at this point

the main purpose for me doing it to my car is look how many altezza there are out there, plus i'm he only one in this area with a 02 civic with tinted tail lights

you have Si-R badging on the back right? i saw a car that looked very much like the one in your avatar running with steeelies on the front the other day on my way home from picking up my paycheck. If this was you the lights looked sweet.

loose the steelies...

the white rims look like 1000x better
