Probably, wreckless driving, speeding, defective equipment, and failure to maintain control, to name just a few he could get charged with.

yea i still havent heard what caused him to flip but if it was his tires, they will get him for the equipment and what not..i doubt they do speeding and the wreckless and failure to maintain control..that kinda can fall into one..all i gotta say is that every import better watch it for a while b/c cops are gonna be eyeing everyoen b/c they will think he was racing

 

i dunno what exactly happened. theres a few diff possibilities and from what everyoen is saying, the driver nor passenger remembers what happened

 

Yeah that's kindof what I think happen cause I talked to the passenger after he got back from the hospital or whereever he went for treatment and he was just like ummm I don't know what happen I think he just didn't know what to say so the guy wouldn't get into trouble by him talking about it

 

Why did this not happen to some fool in the noke I have no real comment about this lol.

 

his car also hit another one going in the same direction I think he was trying to pass and had a blow out I know for a fact he was doing over 100 then hit the rail bounced off hit the car just a bit and flipped on the roof then slid in the grass on his roof something like that lol but the good thing is from what I hear he will be ok he was only complaining of neck pains and could move everything

 

Sad stuff feel so bad for the pavement and car he hit.
