I need to see if I can find a good picture of the FF kit my dad built. That thing was scary fast. 351 Windsor (sp?) bored and stroked to about 409. Could roast rubber in 3rd. Viper red with titanium stripes. He sold it to some friends in Germany before he left. Vette hit ice and was wrecked.

Edit: Found some on his FB page. The ones with the planes are the first set of wheels/tires he put on. Could hardly get traction so put on the set you see with the Vette. Much wider and much better. The Vette was his daily while he was in Germany.

One day I'm just gonna up and order a factory five cobra and build it. Best looking car ever made, IMO.

After my dad had built the FF kit he said he wish he would have gone with the superformace kit (i think thats what they were called). I think with FF kit you have more control in what goes on with the car but the other one had a much better fit/finish. And this is coming from the guy who did all the work himself. I mean everything other than paint. This car wasn't a 5.0 donor car.

My impression has been that superformance costs more and is more complex/difficult. It probably does have a better fit/finish but the FF cars are constantly updated and the support is top notch. Hell, they have youtube videos that show you how to assemble their kit now. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Honestly, I don't know which one I will go with. It isn't gonna be any time soon anyway so there's time to think about it.

Coming in 2016

As the next salvo in Alfa Romeo’s invasion of these shores, the brand-new Giulia pushes all the right buttons. It has sensuous and shapely sheetmetal, and—like a good Italian—the curves and creases are in all the right places. Powertrains aren’t yet confirmed, but expect rear-wheel drive with a non-turbo V-6, a turbo four, and a top-spec model—called “Quadrifoglio”—which will boast a twin-turbo V-6 making more than 500 hp. Look for the Giulia in showrooms in the first half of 2016.

Wow, that's pretty awesome looking, any word on pricing?

I like the 4c, but it's a mini Ferrari with mini Ferrari pricing.

I can't seem to find anything on pricing. The site for the car has some other great pics. It's a sharp looking car with impressive specs.
