I should probably stop this conversation though before you get too mad. I won't make any more completely valid points about the flaws of the precious Smart, which is now apparently the be all end all of the automotive world.
Now I remember you, You're that retard that started this thread:

Glad I made an impression on you, actually I heard that that is getting close to production, unconfirmed. But yeah, we were all new at one point and made dumb threads, at least it got people talking. Now if you've got some personal issue with me I'll ask you to please take it to PM, otherwise I think this conversation should be done. I made a statement, you disagree. Let the record show that me and Reloaded occasionally disagree on the validity of small economy cars. Case closed.

It serves a purpose. Old people need to get around and are greatly benefited by the convenience of a warranty. They don't really do anything, so they don't need to carry anything. Their families never visit them, so they don't need more than 2 seats. They do live on fixed incomes, so cheap is very important. I think it's a fine car for old people.

Ahhhh, a good point, except that old people wouldn't buy it. I have actually talked to my great aunt (70) and my grandmother (75) about trading in their Cadillacs and getting Minis instead and neither said they would "even ride in one of those deathraps, let alone buy one" Because cars were so big when they first started driving they don't understand crumple zones and all this new safety built into smaller cars, to them small=dangerous.

hmmm, well maybe it's just cause they (my grandma and aunt) are too old for the Smart then. I really wish more old people would buy like Smarts or Minis though, old people in Buicks or Cadillacs are just like guided missiles with glaucoma.
