it's not gonna be easy to get an FI motor in that frame, but at least the frame is steel and easy to weld mounts to.

whatever motor/EFI you get for it, make sure you get EVERYTHING for it. ECU, harness, all the sensors, etc.

 

Yea the steel frame is a big plus, but I dont have everything and want to make sure I dont get in over my head before I even start which is why I haven't totally committed to the idea yet. Im gonna see what all comes with it today and ill make a decision.

 

Well I've concluded 97.5% of sport bike riders in the area are idiots. Need proof? Go out today.

I almost got clipped by a gixxer on 264 earlier on my way to the bank (in the same damn lane!!). Fucktard blew past me at AT LEAST 120 and damn near caught my right bar as he went by. If he'd have hit me, it might have taken me a minute to get up, but when I did, there'd be one less "me too" rider in the world.

his gixxer might be quick, but it can't outrun a bullet.

Fuckin prick. If it didn't look like damn near every other gsxr I've ever seen and I could point the mo-fo out in a crowd, I'd be huntin for his punk ass.

 

black dude on an R1 (no it wasn't nagger... :P) about touched tires with me today. Got onto 64, saw him coming up fast behind me in the mirror two lanes to the left, I changed into the middle lane to get out of the merging traffic passing a semi, next thing I know he's on my right, cut between me and the semi; there couldn't have been 15 ft seperating me and the truck. -- I look at him, he waves, and rides off...

 

i like riding early in the am, asshats tend to still be in bed.

 

not true i get ran off the road atleast once a week by non driving assholes that dont look in there mirrors
