I understand that. But i would assume a school shooting means ISOLATE THE WHOLE FUCKING CAMPUS. Not just a single area where it happened. The likelihood of him escaping the area to another by the time cops show up is pretty high...I mean comeon...at shootings they isolate the whole area. NOT just where it happened. Especially a highly-populated school...that doesnt make sense to me.
