Blue Impreza Wagon on Kempsville today with a cheesy "Shockersticker.com" type sticker. Pulled up next to me and blew off. Driver took off ahead of me and flashed his hazards and flipped his rear wiper. Mind you, this is in mid traffic. 1. it wasn't raining so I don't know why you used your rear wiper. 2. There was no accident or anything so I don't know why you flashed hazards as if you won a race. 3. The year 2001 called- they want their shocker sticker back...
