its called a boser extension...

its a little extention that is welded to the hood to give it a mean look, or a sleepy look

It isn't mine and in other pics I've seen the wheels look gunmetal. I don't think CCW offers any type of coating, although I'm not sure.

Not bad, looks like they sell the hoods with the extension already on it as well?

Alot of body work involved but none the less, looks good.
