Saw a blue 99-00 Si coming from the hampton/norfolk area into the 264 VA Beach intercharnge. Had some gold wheels and OEM fogs. White dude with white sun glasses (they were kinda bulky thats the only reason I noticed them)

the hood i have on mine has tiny dents and a shit load of rock chips. i only need one if it is not dented and has few rockchips lol

well it sounds like yours is in worse shape than mine...def no dents and i guess not to many chips. ill pull the hood out and clean it up and give it a look.
