No I fucking get it, but where did fuck did the assumpstion that someone is "nutting" from just posting a picture?
Because it seems like every other fucking bmw, vw, or accord I see lately has a fucking gay ass bike rack on the roof, I didn't say you were...just saying that they're all over the fucking place now and was wondering what the story behind it was...who thought they looked cool and made it a big fad. Chill the fuck out.
Soooo...that doesn't really answer my question...what's so fucking cool about having your bike on your roof 24/7? I think it looks gay as hell...but, to each his own.
It's started with the European VW people putting whatever shit on their car they can to make themselves look 'different' because they know they'll never be fast. Then everyone started to look the same kind of 'different' (hopefully you can see the irony here) to the point where the entire VW scene was filled with the same stupid-low cars with stupid offsets and stupid stretched tires. No need to look further than this thread how all the cars look the fucking same. With this bullshittery came the roof racks, rusted hoods, Burrberry splitters and Louis Vitton wheels. Now these guys are growing up and moving away from their VWs and carrying that same shit over to different car makes; or someone wants to be a bandwagoner and jump on the "my shit's slow as fuck, so lets make it 'unique'" train which heads striaght to a big fucking eyesore for everyone else.

Is that a better explanation?
I've seen VW's with stupid offsets and stupid ride heights, rusted hoods, etc.. for a while now, but it seems like the last 6 months or so I've been seeing more and more bike racks, the wheels are bad enough but fuck those bike racks are annoying. Good thing they'll never like Miata's because they're gay, I'd probably have to shoot a bitch if I saw a bike rack on a miata.

It's the new 'it' thing and you can get it for under $300. That's the only way I can explain it.
And the only one I liked was the white Jetta that used to run around here with a keg on the top, it always made me laugh.
