I didn't mean to bash your wheels really.. just let you know there are other options out there that probably look better. But that is personal preference. However, i think it's important that people are aware of their options.
If I was going for a show car, I probably would have picked other wheels. Actually, I probably would have if I didn't run across the deal I did on these (but that is a whole other story that I won't get into...). But, these fit well, aren't "sunk", and ride well. Plus they look okay to me, although I'm not much of a fan of silver wheels.

Contrary to some people's opinions, I do know quite a bit about Subarus. I don't go around saying things about Nissans, Hondas, or other cars because I don't know enough about them. Subarus, however, I do know.

Did you pull that out of your ass? I mean seriously please tell me you based that on something more than "body roll" last time i checked LESS body roll = better handeling.
you think I'm wrong? I'll bet you $100 that the top car will rub and the bottom won't.

I assume you are talking about scrub radious here. True extreme low/negative offsets will upset this. However, I have found in my experience that 20-30mm lower than factory offset will not effect scrub radious negatively.

bet me $100, i know it doesn't rub

Besides what does rubbing have to do with handleing?

Also, if you could see his tires are stretched, fenders are pulled, etc.. this is to PREVENT rubbing. Trust me the car doesn't rub.

Scrub radius. That's what I was going for...

Well, my experience in racing has to do with vehicles with 6" tall wheels that weigh 170 lbs., so I may have overdramaticized the effect, but it is still there...

While you're at it, you can bet me that $100. That car doesn't rub. It has more than enough suspension work to keep body roll to a bare minimum.

MAybe it was the way the picture was taken, but that sure as hell looks like it'll rub on the first fast corner it takes.

Anyway...where and what time folks? Also, Friday or Saturday night?

Looks can be deceiving. But that's what I mean about how people don't think low offset wheels will fit. That case is an extreme case since his fenders are rolled/pulled. But I think you get the point.
