Honda Ruckus / Scooter Thread
45 zone is fine. When I ride I normally ride tightly to my right when I'm on the right lane or tightly on the left in the left lane. Trying to be nice to the other motorist and if they want to pass they have plenty of room. Pissed off cager will try to run you off the road or try to hit you. I try to avoid those problematic issues when riding my met.

No offense but youvare only legally allowed in the 35mph zone. Register your ruckus as a motorcycle and you can legally own your own lane.
dmv.org (unofficial) says that...
Virginia Code (official) says something completely different:
Restrictions for Mopeds and Scooter
No moped/scooter may be driven on any highway where the speed limit is faster than 35 mph.
Riders must be at least 16 years of age and obey all rules of the road.
Every driver must carry a form of identification that includes his/her name, address, and date of birth.
It is against the law to operate a moped while using earphones.

I understand that, and know it's the law, but bicyclist have the same rights on the roads too, and you only have to register a moped/scooter if it's 50cc or over. . .the laws are so bass akwards.
