Wow i just read this whole thread. Chad are you sending them as separate pieces with reg marks or put together already? you might want to look into a CC API for your site so you dont keep having problems with pay pals system as well.
As far as t-shirts. you would have to get it on an interest thread because no one is going to produce shirts one by one. This is how we do it for our clients. So keep that in mind.

Local? No. But when you order them I ship them to you. Even better than local. You don't even have to leave your house.
They are ready to go.
I had a credit card system for a while, but I think I only got like 2 people that ever used it, so I canceled it. Everyone else used PayPal.
