Last coat of paint on the battery box today:
(notice one of the irreversible gouges from previous owner on both pieces)

Oh, it's getting clear as well.
Rattle can does fine if you actually take your time with prep before and sanding/buffing after words...... the dry time is the only ludicrous thing about using a can. Sure it may TECHNICALLY be completely dry the next day, but it isn't fully cured until a month later.

depends on your needs/wants-
You want to go faster? torque spring, roller weights, variator, CDI, swap, etc.
You want to look good? your choice and price point....the shy is the limit.
IMO, I would say ABSOLUTE "essentials"- lowered seat rail, not to expensive and will move you away from the bars, remove plasitcs...add tank cover, relocate tail light and ditch the light bracket (free if you have tools), and paint it a color YOU like (unless you like having the same color Ruck as everyone that bought theirs from a dealer).
Other than that it's up to you and how/where you ride.

Best way to make it yours would be to paint. You can pick the color, it's not a bad way to get to know the scooter, and you'll take more pride in it when you ride.
