Lol due to the recent comments about DRWs bending I just googled "wheel rebarreling" and the 6th link that popped up was a link to a VaD thread... We run the interwebz...

I know Bassett racing wheels make a DOT approved racing steelie, but i don't know if it will be strong enough still for daily driving. And Diamond Racing makes custom wheels and i bet they can make them thicker and stronger for daily driving. You can call diamond racing and talk with them. I still need to call them an ask.

yea, just looking out because i too was looking to get steelies. Then i researched and a lot of people complain about them bending/cracking easily. I would hate to spend the money on them and just have them fucked up in 2 weeks. And i also read that they might not be able to be balanced perfectly

This is upsetting news... I was dead set on gettin a set... May just lookin into gettin the OE 14s rebarreled... I can't seem to find a 15 in 4x100...

diamond racing pro series wheels come in 15x7, 15x8,15x10 and 4x100 as an option, just gotta call to get info on them for daily use and if they can make them custom to dot specs. I have been procrastinating on doing so, haha.
