With the K&N FIPK I can barely hear my exhaust now over the induction growl, its insane

 

Is it just the lighting or the hood looks really off color?


I actually need a hood like that on the turbo one I got now. Fucking manifold gets piping hot and gives off some serious heat.

 

The hood was cleaned, the rest of the car was dirty.

It seems to help. At stoplights you can really see the heat pouring out of the vents.

 

Edit: 00 and 01 and have the crappy plastic window on the soft top and some tend to have transmission problems and excessive "clutch buzz" Im on my 3rd s2000. First 2 were a 2000 and a 2001. The 01 burned oil pretty bad and the 02 had clutch buzz and the plastic window was fogged bad (even after cleaning) Now I have a 03 and its soooo nice just having the glass window, and a few other odds and ends the older ap1's dont have like the additional speakers and the lather wrapped console vs carpet. I can say I would never own a AP2 though. I like the "rawness" of the ap1's.


That being said...somebody buy my ap2 bumper!

 

02 has a glass rear window. Mine has no clutch buzz either

Maybe you got one of those really early '02s that also didn't have the revised banjo bolts?

 

Oh yeah I forgot about the 02's having the glass window.

 

Everybody forgets about the 02 even though nothing really changed between 02-03.
