I bought it for England you nerd!

So it's question time chaps, I was going to eliminate the stock exhaust box as its big and looks shit, but after reading the "how to" I realized I am moving to England and chances are this bitch is going to be driven in the rain. SOOOOOOOO the 09 air box looks a lot smaller and sexier (mines an 08) anyone see a reason why I cant buy a used one (already found it on totalruckus) and swap it out???
