What I did when I had this problem with my 240...

1. take wheel n rotor off (obviously)
2. push old stud out with finger (oh my!)
3. line up teeth of new stud in the hub
4. place a small wrench around stud
5. put a lug on new stud with the wrench around the stud
6. lock the hub in place with a tire iron
7. tighten the lug onto the new stud....remember you should have a small wrench around the new stud so that when you tighten the lug on the stud the lug will press against the wrench and pull the stud through...

It worked for me. I replaced 6 rear studs and 4 front studs. Only did it once, the studs did not strip out of the hub. Some of you will find something to complain about but thaz cool
