if $30 is "rape" then i feel sorry for your life. im a college student working a part-time job, and i could afford a $30 ticket; but i park where i can pay for a spot (paid lot, meter, etc) and keep my day rolling along.

"The man" already rips us off for enough shit. Dont pay it especially if you know you were right. That 30 bucks could buy food, your xbox live subscription, drugs, a quickie off the corner or a handle of captain morgan
