so, on a good day with a good tune, mid 13s? what else is done other than the bolt-on kit?

not really a bolt on kit.. all i had was the turbo,ic and manifold which is a stock mani cut wit ha t3 flange welded on
other than that .... 2.5"dp with 3" side exit and SDS EIC,
