So when is this? Since all I see is a place and time but no date. Are we talking about before the meet/bbq on the 24th or some other day?

okay, that is what I thought but I was just checking.. I will be there. Yet why are we meeting at 2pm if I might ask since they are saying the meet is at 1pm?
