Wether or not you're a ricer has nothing to do with how fast your car is. Ricers are the stupidfucks that drive recklessly all the time and do stupid shit to draw attention.

there are more than one way to draw attention you can still have a true ricer with his sohc civic and big ass wings and plastic spinner hubcas and still drive slow and safe.. and you can have cars with little LEDS on their wheels.. which gets pulled over all the time.. and of course loud ass exhausts.

I know that statement is pushing it.. but for me it just makes it easier.. if I see a car thats been modified.. i call them ricers.. regardless it being a vette with exhaust or civics with stickers.. however in my book there are fast/slow/ugly/nice/Respectable (Edit) (mexican rice, eruo rice, pimp rice, bling bling rice, redneck rice etc etc.. k i think you get my point) ricers etc etc basically i am using it like the term "asians" or something.. there are asians from all different countries, poor, rich blah blah.. but still in the end they are still Asians.
