Negative. The Stock 00-03' S2000 use a 4.11 Final Gear while the RWD Skyline R33 use a 4:10. (I possibly said that backwards). The difficult part is you need to have a customer driveshaft and axles to get them to work.
Sean mentioned a shop in Northern VA that is working on designing this kit. However at this time there is only one shop Diff Technics who offers this as a Full Kit. Aluminum Driveshaft, Differential & 1000hp Axles!

I dont know what the diff will do to the handling. I dont see why it would hurt it. People use this diff for Auto-x also. I ran a 11.3 @ 126.7mph on stock trans, diff, and tires

quickysrt, do have a quick question for you though. How much boost are you planning to run with this setup?
An 8:1 compression seems really low seeing that when Inline Pro designed this kit they boosted 18psi on a fully stock motor with the addition of a 3mm head gasket - lowering it to 9.5:1 Compression. If I am not mistaken they were only able to obtain just 450whp.
However, I haven't heard the best things about their tuning. I am SURE Sean will be happy to comment on this one

The shop I was talking to is AutoFab in B more. We will not need to use a new D/S only axels. The kit will be MUCH less $ then the Difftechnics one

Sean, keep me updated on that one if you would bro!!!! When I last spoke to DiffTechnics it was going to be roughly $4,000 shipped for the Aluminum Driveshaft, Rear Differential & 1,000 HP Axles.
Is AutoFab going to offer stronger Axles to match up as well?

I might be giving you a call in the near future to ask a little bit more about the AutoFab place!
