dude dont pay it cause u can get off that easy dude like some1 said before just go get it inspected and then bring the slip in from gettin inspected and show the judged that u got it inspected with the muffler and they have to dropped it cause i have done it

INSPECTIONS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. If you have your cats, and it doesn't leak then it will pass, but it's not legal, it's still not stock, I'm sure you can get off of it, but your going to get another one and another one. Like i said before if you go to court tell a judge you fixed it and didn't, and that cophappens to be an asshole and sees you with it wtil on you can be summed to court for lieing to a judge. Pay your 77 bucks and move on.
