I see you edited your previous response. Good..because it made no sense. As a matter of fact I've produced more grammatically correct statements by dragging my balls across the keyboard, but that's beside the point.

Here are the issues.
1. You were driving on a Sat on a restricted license.
2. You passed a car while you were doing the speed limit
3. The cop pulled you over because the car next to you didn't keep up with the other car.

Ok...never mind that this sounds like bullshit from the word go, here's what you do.

Go to court. Show the judge a copy of your work schedule showing that you were working on a Sat and therefore that's why you thought you could drive. Then ask the cop what your speed was during the infraction. Since you were doing the speed limit this should be a non-issue since it shows that you weren't speeding. Then ask the cop what you were doing to be considered reckless. If what you are saying above is true (doubtful), the cop can only say that the car next to you didn't keep up with you and you were doing the speed limit, which is not a crime. The judge then slaps your wrist for the driving under restriction and you go home and beat off to pictures of dead animals.

But just so I can be clear about this....I think you're full of shit and were doing something else which caused the cop to pull you over

BTW...for the last fucking time...IT'S RECKLESS NOT WRECKLESS you non-English speaking dumbass

I got a ticket for driving outside of court restrictions.
IT is worse than a regular driving while susp.
After court your license will proply be suspended for like a year and the option for a restricted is not there since they already gave you one......
It sucks but there is hope, i did my time and now im back on the road with no restrictions or court dates..........

He really only needs to do this part. We seem to be forgetting he's bitching about a reckless ticket he DIDN'T EVEN GET. He somehow thinks he can get out of the restriction violation by proving he should never have been pulled over in the first place.

I'll say it again: Don't fight a ticket you didn't get.

Agreed...but I still think he was doing something else and that's why the cop pulled him over

English. Do you speak it?

You're only going to make things worse for yourself if you try to get out of ANYTHING with a technicality. Use your head!

No one is upset with themselves.

From now on, ride the school bus to school.

No school bus for school,I live in newport news and i am attending a school in a different county because of good behavior. I am not a bad kid i just got caught doing something stupid, trust me i learned my lesson.I didn't do anything wrong in my eyes to get pulled over, since the first ticket i learned that i don't need to drive like an insane person you only put your life in danger but most of all the other innocent motorists.
Like i said thank you for your time
