If your going to work in another bar, try BAR or somewhere on Granby St. Cafe' is giong downhill nowadays and soon it will be all ghetto then shut its door. Plus the money isnt all that great these days.
As far as TBH security being "not that good" - They are actually the meanest, roughest bouncers in all of Hampton Roads. Two cops were in TBH at all times when I worked there and witnessed a few of the bouncers literally beating a guys face in ... and did nothing.

Yea...that's what I'm weary about.... Jillian's is fucking ghetto as all hell and... slowly cafe is getting there. I could care less if he hates me...I worked under Ben at TBH..he was a cock..so i think i can handle jamie.

All the clubs in this area are going to shit. The gangsters are overrunning everything. Just the other night a thugster threatened a group of girls. When one of my friends said something to the guy, he pulled out a gun clip, put it in his face and kissed the clip. The bouncers didnt do anything and this is at a club right on campus. The no timberlands, no jersey, no chains, no backwards hat rules used to work. They dont anymore. BAR Norfolk and a few places on granby are about the only places you can go without someone wanting to shoot you when you bump in to them.
