What are you going to do with the title once you get finished paying the bike off?

YOU BETTER REPORT THEM....... IF NOT PUT THE INFO UP THEN AGAIN IF YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF THE TRUTH. THE BIKE WILL NEVER BE PAID FOR BY HIM, I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT. HERE IS THE NUMBER TO THE VA MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER BOARD 1 877 270 0203
FOR THAT MATTER LET THE PERSON TAKE OVER THE PAYMENTS THAT IS LEGAL TOO
