Personally I like the whole kit car thing myself. Buy a Noble or an Ultima.
try this "go to luxury rentals and rent the porsche or the sl500 and DRIVE the piss out of it". you'll c a civic with just as much of a trap speed doesn't "feel" the same. the response is quicker, the turns more fluidlike, the gears unfold, and the purr of the powerband, you can't compare, if neone had the money and test drove an exotic they'd end up buying at least one. that is if they had money to throw around like that.

If had the money, I would get an F50. Black of course.

But my dreams will never come true.

I couldn't justify spending more than a year's salary on a car. Vechicles other than point A to B transportation fall under the "disposable income" category, and if you have it, go for it if that's what makes you happy.

You're right.. Your dreams will never come true with that kind of attitude. They're not going to come true if you don't make any sort of conscious effort to make them a reality. Seriously.. try having a little drive, a little motivation, and a little ambition. You'd be surprised what you can do many years down the road if you were motivated to make things happen at a younger age. I don't expect to buy a Gallardo within the next 2-3 years, by any means, but mark my word.. I will own several exotic cars and I will own them before I'm too old to really enjoy them. I'd like to be able to retire when I'm in my early to mid 40's.. If you ask me, I think that's pretty reasonable.

Who the fuck said anything about a Civic? When I say build a car, I don't mean build a damn econobox. As I've said, if you invest 200,000, you'll have a GT car. Jump in a GT car and see if an exotic compares.

I'm sure this car won't 'purr, respond quicker, makes turns more fluidlike.'

Personally I don't want a car to turn fluidlike. I want to hear every little road noise, see a cage surrounding me, feel like I'm driving a 2000lbs skid across the road. But hey, maybe that's just me. When I'm an old man, my back is hurting, and I can't stand the road noise anymore then I'll go buy a Ferrari.
