entrapment occurs when "an improper or illegal INDUCEMENT TO CRIME BY AGENTS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT". and that's straight out of my criminal justice textbook. there is no way that that is at all entrapment, if the cop makes you commit the crime then yes it's entrapment. shooting radar without lights on...that's just good skill as a cop to stop people from speeding in areas where speeding is a problem. next time you have a question like this, look it up online in the Virginia Code, that's where the laws are
