Norfolk is a real safe place compared to a lot of areas in most major cities.

shit sux, been there done that. I took my friends civic to the to the airport and got altered suspension, exhaust (coffee can exhaust) ticket, and obstruction of view (air fresherner hanging from the rear view) i told the officer it wasnt my car and showed him on the registration ect ect he said sorry but its operator of the vehical gets chargerd, you should of known this car was not safe by inspecion standerds and u should of driven another car.

why drive past a cop that you know is picking on the person who owns the car your driving,and with an expired inspection sticker. you cannot be mad at a police officer for writing you tickets for breaking the law especially if you know he is looking for the car you are driving. that is just asking for it
