But of course it best to run the 1/4 then try to convert times anyways. I hate 1/8mile track, sucks their no close 1/4mile where i live

You can either spend 3-5 grand building your motor to run 9's in the 1/8 or 13's in the 1/4 or spend $500 or less on the nitrous kit and do the same. Which did I do? hmmm...

wow if you really had to spend that much to run 9's you must have a d15.....just messing w/ you ...... but 9s isnt really that hard to get

My car runs mid 9s in the 1/8th, and look at my quarter mile time.
I'd either go, clutch/flywheel/nitrous/good tires or boost/clutch/flywheel/good tires. F all motor.
Or, clutch/flywheel, cheap intake K&N filter, gut the car to hell, good tires... practice alot.

No offense, but the number of bad drivers out there are high.
Take for instance. I had a friend, he had a 90 Integra LS. It had a LS/Vtec in it, YS1 LSD transmission, it was stupid high compression, stock Jdm b16a cams, stock b16a head, tuned on a vafc. He would pull my intake/header/exhaust b16(on stock p28 at the time) coupe from a roll.
We went to the 1/8th mile track, he was at least 4 cars behind me when I crossed the line. I ran a 10.00, he ran a 12.1.....
