Mike, check up on archives in Honda-Tech and on here for turbo-sohc's. It has been done many times over and there is alot of information on what has been done.. and what will live.
SEARCH, READ.. and enjoy.

lol, thanks Trevor for all your help.
the dsm 450's are ok but they are kinda loud and a few of my buds have had cold start problems from with them sometimes. just keep it in mind if sometimes your car takes some time to crank up.

keep the FPR...you might as well use it as a dress up item..but i guarantee you wont ever touch it to adjust it. i didnt look at the pic but does it have a gauge on it? my integra was nothing special by any means..here was my setup :
DSM 440cc injectors
Stock fuel pump
Garrett T3/T4 turbo 57 trim
Drag Gen III cast iron mani
2.5'' intake charge pipe
2'' exhaust charge pipe
2.5'' downpipe
2.5'' exhaust with a test pipe
greddy type S BOV
Uberdata chipped 12 psi basemap tune (very shitty, ran rich at idle, and ran lean at high rpms)
car only made 210whp..because it wasnt tuned..i imagine your crx weighing 2100lbs will be a lot faster.
