yeah dude, i had a reckless doing 50 over, and my insurance went higher for an exhaust ticket than the reckless

No front plate is definately illegal. Ask ME how I know.
Also no increase in insurance for me. After the 3rd offence for the same violation the officer is not supposed to check the "pre-pay" box, your supposed to show for court, but most cops must not know that.

This is just the ones I have in the car here at work.

That would require them to sit on the side of the road and wait for a
tow truck. This is Powhatan, they make their quick dollar for the
county then move on to the next guy.
