You gotta find the mom. You won't find a 15 year old through those people finder shits because she doesn't pay taxes, bills, etc. No credit history = not on the radar. Plus, if she had lukemia at such an early age, there is a possibility she is no longer living, so you better find moms.

yeah i have feared that she may not be alive anymore i would be devastated if this were the case.
