Its funny how eveyone here keeps saying that I should prove myself on the track...WTF I did not say one thing about being better than anyone or having something to prove...That like me saying when you came to a cookout and had an argument, lets go to the strip so you can prove yourself... I happened to read everything. The only point that i was making was that none of you guys know what it is like to keep a site, and your friend even making to much noise leaving is the shit that makes us loose places. I don't care what he did or that you guys don't think that he did anything, but if he is so much of a bitch that he must get on here and say shit about people that he doesnt know you can tell him to keep his car at home.

i agree with blah. from what i can remember at the begining of the day they tell us not to be stupid on the way out because it is hard to keep a site. tell me whats so hard about not acting stupid on the way out. thats one of the reasons i auto-x is so i can race my car and not get a ticket for it and to keep atleast alittle of it off the street.i just dont see what the big deal is your friend was a idiot and he got yelled at for a reason. hey shit happens and he can do one of 2 things dont be stupid or dont go

 

the whole point of this damn thread is that he didnt do anything stupid, why is that so hard to comprehend, i was standing there when it happend he wasnt doing anything stupid his car is just loud which is pretty damn normal at an autox event. if he was acting stupid then yes quite fucking around, so you dont ruin it for everyone else, but agian he wasnt doing that

 

I think you guys answered your own question as to why he got yelled at.
1) His car is loud with a open downpipe
2) You guys are used to driving/hearing loud cars at a event
3) The club had warned people about being stupid (their words not mine)

Clearly the club was already very sensitive to this issue before this event even started. You say that a loud car at a event is normal BUT most of those loud cars get trailered home not driven on the street with a open down pipe. Any car that is loud is automatically assumed to be fast or going fast. You may not have been going very fast but the sound of your car probably made it appear that you were going fast (more then likely). You may have done nothing very different then a stock car in the same pit area but the perception of a car with a open downpipe is very different the perception of a nice quiet car. That combined with the club being very sensitive to this issue is more then likely what caused this little incident. It’s over. Nothing about it can be changed now. People with loud cars have to be very careful in certain settings. Sounds like you already know that but it still bit you in the butt this time.
