With your budget, definitely a boosted GS bubble or a boosted SC coupe.

but i found this in craigslist...damn decisions

2000 Volvo S-80 T-6 Twin Turbo!!!

2.8 liter DOHC 24v Twin turbocharged 6 cylinder engine
automatic transmission w/overdrive, and tiptronic shifting
Its fully loaded, and all the features are in working order.

but thats two turbos that are at 108K miles. the maintenance that might have to go into that soon could be daunting

have you thought about A Saab? 9000CD turbo (200hp/170tq) or maybe a Saab 9-3?
